Bureau of Children and Adult Licensing. All of the
following trainings are v a l i d for first time c e r t i f i c a t i o n,
lapsed c e r t i f i c a t i o n or renewal unless otherwise noted
below. You will also receive a c e r t i f i c a t e for
B l o o d b o r n e P a t h o g e n s . Please bring a #10 (l e t t e r s i z e) self-addressed
stamped envelope to have card/certificate mailed to you.
Note: Child .Care Licensing
requires annual r e c e r t i f i c a t i o n for CPR (regardless if the
c a r d has a 2-year expiration date).
